IT Traineeship (hbo & wo) at Alliander in Arnhem. Over 1.5 to 2 years you work on varied IT assignments, including data analysis to predict outages, developing VR applications to train technicians, and configuring Alliander's telecom network. You will be guided by a Young Talent Manager, buddy, mentor and client. The program comprises three parts: (1) assignments (1.5–2 years) with a strategic assignment followed by 2–3 projects of 6–9 months; (2) a technical learning path in the first half year; (3) a personal development trajectory (1.5 years) with seven modules via De Baak. Alliander operates hybrid work and expects occasional on-site presence (Arnhem) while offering flexible remote days. It’s a direct contract with a full-time schedule and a starting gross monthly salary of €3940, plus benefits such as an 18% IK budget, 6% year-end bonus, DI budget, laptop/phone, travel reimbursement where applicable, and opportunities to develop into roles like Consultant, Data Science Software Engineer, Product Owner or Scrum Master.
