You can expect a learning on the job internship, where you determine the workload yourself (between 60% and 100%).

This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to project management, software delivery processes, and banking operations while contributing to the successful execution of strategic initiatives.

YOUR CHALLENGE Support with the tracking, analysis, and reporting of project metrics

Assist in maintaining compliance with the Definition of Ready (DoR) and Definition of Done (DoD) standards

Monitor project progress and help ensure transparency of deliverables, milestones, and dependencies

Support System Integration Testing (SIT) activities, including defect tracking, follow-up, and status reporting

Assist in maintenance of project plans, dashboards, and progress visualizations

Document project processes, workflows, decisions, and key outcomes in Confluence

Perform quality assurance reviews of test cases to ensure completeness and consistency

Provide planning and coordination support to help ensure testing activities remain on track and aligned with project timelines

Support the preparation, documentation, and follow-up of project meetings, including capturing minutes, actions, and decisions

Learning Opportunities

Learn software build and configuration management processes

Develop practical experience in project governance, reporting, and PMO activities

Understand end-to-end project lifecycle management within a large-scale IT environment

YOUR PROFILE

Required Qualifications

A current ongoing bachelor’s or master's degree study in a technical field (university, ETH, FH)

A maximum of two semesters left until your graduation

Fluent in English, both spoken and written

Strong analytical and organizational skills

Ability to understand, visualize, and document complex processes

Attention to detail and a structured way of working

Interest in IT project management, software development lifecycle, and banking technology

Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)

Experience creating process flows, reports, or dashboards

Interest in project management, PMO, or software delivery practices
