ING Hubs Poland is hiring for an ITP Trainee in Risk Hub Model Development in Warsaw. Salary: 6100-8900 PLN monthly. The role focuses on learning about Credit Risk Modelling and Climate/ESG risk applications; researching methods and acquiring knowledge from scientific papers; developing advanced credit risk models and ESG/Climate risk estimation methods; responsibilities include researching modelling methods, analysing and choosing efficient modelling decisions, preparing codes to estimate risk levels, documenting analyses, and assisting in preparing learning materials for conferences. Requirements include pursuit of an academic degree in a quantitative field, knowledge of statistical and econometric methods and probability theory, coding in SAS/R/Python, and experience with databases, data preparation and data quality control. English level: B2/C1. The team works with Agile/Scrum and ING's Model Development department focuses on risk models and ESG/Climate risk projects.
