ING Hubs Poland offers the ING International Talent Programme (ITP), a two-year traineeship starting in October 2026 with three rotations (one may be abroad). The programme includes global events, international onboarding in Amsterdam, job rotations, trainings, and mentoring, and leads to a permanent role. Candidates must have a university degree, English at C1, up to two years of work experience outside studies, basic experience with CI/CD pipelines, Linux, and scripting, and an interest in an international environment; additional scoring may be given for experience with Docker, databases, IaC tools (Terraform, Helm), international experience, and leadership activities.
