Location: Kota Jakarta Selatan, Daerah Khusus Ibukota Jakarta, Indonesia Department: Retirement Actuarial Consulting

Actuarial Valuation and Analysis

Perform actuarial valuations of retirement benefit plans, including

Calculate actuarial liabilities, normal costs, and funding requirements.

Analyze demographic and financial assumptions such as:

Conduct gain/loss analysis and experience studies.

Financial Reporting Support

Prepare actuarial calculations for accounting purposes under: IAS 19 / PSAK 219

ASC 715 (US GAAP)

FRS 102 and other local accounting standards

Assist in preparing actuarial reports and disclosures for financial statements.

Reconcile valuation results and explain year-over-year movements.

Data Management and Modeling

Review and validate employee census data.

Clean, organize, and analyze large datasets.

Build and maintain actuarial spreadsheets and valuation models.

Support automation initiatives using Excel, VBA, Power BI, Python, SQL, or AI tools.

Consulting and Client Support

Support consultants in delivering retirement and pension consulting projects.

Prepare reports, presentations, and client deliverables.

Respond to client inquiries regarding valuation results and benefit plan provisions.

Participate in client meetings and presentations.

Bachelor's degree in: Actuarial Science

Mathematics

Statistics

Professional Requirements

Progress toward actuarial qualification (Persatuan Aktuaris Indonesia)

Technical Skills

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Knowledge of actuarial concepts and pension funding principles.

Soft Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

High attention to detail and accuracy.

Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple deadlines.
