We are looking for a Junior Brand Manager to join our international Marketing team in Bucharest, Romania and consolidate the Bonduelle brand across South Europe. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in portfolio management, product launches, consumer insights, and marketing activations while working with colleagues and partners across multiple markets.

Turn consumer and market insights into actions that drive growth

Support product launches, innovations and marketing campaigns

Coordinate packaging and marketing material adaptations

Work closely with international teams and external partners

Manage marketing assets and support key projects

Monitor performance and identify new opportunities

Contribute to achieving brand and business objectives across the region

What we are looking for

1-3 years of experience in a marketing or portfolio management role within the FMCG industry

Higher education degree

Strong analytical skills and interest in consumer insights

Excellent organizational and project management skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Proactive, curious and results-oriented mindset

Fluent English

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
