Junior business consultant in Atos Foundation, a 2-year talent program for developing as a consultant. You work on digital transformations, collaborating with senior consultants and clients. The Foundation focuses on personal and professional development with on-the-job learning, and includes trainings and certificates such as Scrum, BCS and ITIL. Across rotations you can explore roles like Business Consultant, Business Analyst, PMO or Scrum Master. After 2 years, you may move into one of three Consulting teams: Transformation Management, Process Excellence, or Data & AI Advisory. The programme offers a permanent contract, market-conform salary with a year-end bonus, 29 vacation days, a mobility allowance, laptop and phone, pension, and the possibility to work from multiple Dutch locations (Amstelveen, Groningen, Eindhoven).
