Position: (Junior) Consultant - HR Management Consulting - Rewards in Vienna. Responsible for helping develop innovative strategies for clients in areas such as job architecture, grading, pay equity, and benchmarking; analyze and prepare data and market trends; create and present presentations; advise clients and support account management; collaborate with Mercer's HR Transformation and Digital Consulting Teams and Marsh McLennan sister companies. Hybrid work model with Homeoffice-Regelung; Modern Smart-Office in Millennium Tower, Vienna (1200) with strong public transport links. Base salary from €48,000 gross per year on a full-time basis (38.5 hours/week), with potential for overpayment depending on experience and qualifications.
