Junior Controller

The Junior Controller will take ownership of financial reporting, maintain a high level of accuracy, and contribute to continuous improvement in Monks' dynamic environment. The role involves supporting month-end close and forecasting across multiple entities, compiling management reports and analyses of global financial performance, delivering timely financial results and insights to stakeholders, preparing financial information for stakeholder presentations, improving financial processes and reporting clarity, and responding to ad hoc financial requests with commercially relevant insights. The role also includes managing the net revenue process, including revenue recognition, ideally within the media or advertising industry, and overseeing local statutory compliance including GST lodgements and annual financial statement audits.
