The company is hiring recent graduates to join the Discretionary Trading team as Junior Discretionary Trader. Location: New York, Houston (US) and London (GB). The role provides on-the-desk training and mentorship from senior discretionary traders. You will monitor and hedge portfolios, analyze performance, and generate risk and PnL reports, as well as execute large or complex trades. You will collaborate with quantitative researchers to leverage the firm's research platform and develop skills in fundamental and macro analysis, research, portfolio construction, risk management and execution across asset classes (Equities, Commodities, Rates/FX, and Credit). A programming background is essential, with at least one major language and a strong preference for Python. The minimum base salary for NY is $150,000 (yearly), with potential discretionary bonuses and benefits.
