What you need to do

As a customer service professional, you will be the point person for the Keells brand and customers.

Professionally handle all  inquiries from customers which come through customer contact center ,respond accordingly, and resolve them effectively

Manage and support the development of customer care agents

Think out of the box and find solutions for customer issues

Consistent demonstration of high levels of customer service standards and professional customer management

Respond, investigate and resolve all customer complaints in accordance with company SOPs and procedures.

Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize own workload and meet tight deadlines

Take ownership for all customer follow-ups and log actions at all times

What you need

A Customer care mindset and ability to handle challenging situations.

Proficiency in languages(bilingual)

Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar capacity.

Diploma in call center management or a similar educational qualification.

Computer literacy skills in using PCs and associated networks and systems including Microsoft Office.

Outstanding interpersonal skills and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with various stakeholders across different levels.

Ability to take on challenges and work on stretched targets and timelines.

Excellent organizational and planning skills.

Strong communication and customer relationship management skills.

Ability to think out of the box and give appropriate resolutions to customers.
