Mission & Responsibilities

Support in building and monitoring P&L

Assist in reviewing and monitoring Regional budgets

Support preparation of Financial Forecasts and Monthly closings

Analyze and report issues and variances from forecast and budget

Flag potential risks to senior team members

Leverage AI-powered analytics tools to identify trends and anomalies in financial data

Assist in building automated dashboards for real-time financial monitoring

Review of financial operations

Support review of accounting operations

Assist in controlling Billing, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition

Help ensure quality of financial transactions and financial reporting

Prepare financial reports (audit and financial analysis reports, profit and loss statements, balance sheets)

Support review of local audit results and coordination of financial statement approval process

Ensure compliance of accounting and reporting policies

Utilize AI tools to streamline data reconciliation and error detection

Contribute to process automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency

Qualifications & Languages

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or Business Administration, Economics, or related field

Languages: English (Advanced)

Technical skills

Microsoft Office Suite (Excel advanced)

Financial analysis tools

AI-powered tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot)

Data visualization (Power BI, Tableau)

Previous experience & Industry background

3+ years of experience in finance

Media agency, Digital industry, Tech company, Data company, Consulting
