Your seat to fill:

Monitoring & Response: Triage security alerts, investigate incidents, and assist with root-cause analysis

Vulnerability Management: Conduct scans, prioritize risks, and collaborate on patch deployment

Security Audits: Participate in compliance audits and assist in implementing corrective actions

Tool Configuration: Deploy, configure and maintain security solutions

Threat Intelligence: Stay updated on emerging threats and recommend proactive defenses

Documentation: Maintain records of policies, incidents, and procedures

Collaboration: Work with IT teams to integrate security into workflows and projects

Training Support: Aid in developing security awareness programs for staff

Your stroll to CYBEX:

Proven experience in cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, system administration, or a related technical role (internships considered)

Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles, including networking, operating systems, identity and access management, vulnerability management, and incident response

Familiarity with common security technologies such as Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR), SIEM, vulnerability scanners, firewalls, email security, or cloud security platforms

Experience with Windows and/or Linux administration and basic network troubleshooting

Basic knowledge of scripting or automation using PowerShell, Python, or Bash is an advantage

Understanding of security frameworks and best practices such as NIST CSF, CIS Controls, ISO 27001, or MITRE ATT&CK

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate technical issues methodically

Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document findings and collaborate across technical teams

Self-motivated, eager to learn new technologies, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Professional proficiency in English; German is an advantage
