Junior lawyer to provide day-to-day legal advice for Avon companies in Poland (manufacturing site, distribution, sales to customers, finance services hub). Role type: Contractor. Responsibilities include drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts (purchase and sale terms, NDAs, distribution agreements, contract manufacturing, logistics); advising on EU consumer law (marketing materials, consumer-facing claims, e-commerce, Omnibus pricing); supporting sales and omnichannel teams; ensuring compliance with Polish and EU labour law; collaborating with Business Development and Regulatory teams; translating legislative changes into practical implementations for Avon companies in Poland; providing corporate support (shareholders meetings, board meetings, registering changes in the National Court Register, UBO and AML inquiries).
