YOUR TASKS:

Responsible for environmental and employee health and safety

Accountable for the daily management and the overall operations of the local area in accordance with maintenance contract as well as being the main contact point for customers

Assessing and reporting on power site performance and developing strategies for improvement

Manage the local service team, as well as hire and onboard new service technicians

Ensure proactive readiness to maximize performance for new projects as well as current projects including availability of tools, resources, vans, reporting, etc.

Responsible for the CSO P&L, driving the cost in accordance with the identified budget

Manage operational KPIs to ensure high service standards within the Local area

YOUR PROFILE:

6+ years experience in the wind or other relevant industry depending on experience and education

3+ years of functional / disciplinary leadership or in a planning role

Experience of managing remote field-based teams is desire

Vocational qualification

Formal qualifications in Electrical Engineering - mandatory

Business management qualification/experience highly desirable GWO qualifications

Good English
