Responsibilities include ensuring optimal customer satisfaction, maintaining and growing relationships, and identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities. You will collaborate with the Customer Service Team at Schiphol-Rijk and report to the National Customer Service Manager; the role is based in Schiphol with hybrid work (1 day per week from home) and occasional client visits.
