Torch Technologies is seeking a Junior Radar Engineer to support the Tactical Missile Systems team on Redstone Arsenal. Responsibilities include integrating vendor-supplied RF software models into a C++ simulation framework, developing physics-based RF models (e.g., RCS, environmental clutter, signal propagation, and antenna patterns), and creating MATLAB and Python analysis scripts to evaluate radar system performance. Requirements include US citizenship, a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Mathematics or related technical discipline, and 3+ years of software development, modeling/simulation, radar/RF, and/or data analysis. Proficiency in MATLAB, C++, Python, Fortran; travel 0-10%; on-site at customer location.
