Junior Recruiting & Sourcing Specialist – Townsquare Interactive

Location: In-office role at our Uptown Charlotte office

Townsquare Interactive is looking for a driven, organized, and highly motivated Junior Recruiting & Sourcing Specialist to join our Recruiting team.

This is an entry-level opportunity for someone interested in gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced recruiting environment. You don't need previous recruiting experience—we're looking for someone with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, comfort working toward measurable goals, and an eagerness to learn.

In this role, you'll support our Recruiting team through high-volume candidate sourcing and key recruiting operations. You'll gain exposure to the full recruiting process while becoming an expert in the systems, processes, and strategies our team uses to identify and hire great talent.

What You’ll Do:

Source fresh candidates across LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, job boards, and other recruiting platforms, with a focus on both volume and candidate quality

Build targeted candidate pipelines using established searches, Boolean strings, and sourcing strategies based on current hiring needs

Learn our ideal candidate profiles and develop the ability to identify and flag high-potential candidates for our Recruiting team

Manage and refresh job postings across recruiting platforms to maintain a consistent flow of applicants

Prepare and submit offer approvals and help ensure candidates move efficiently through each stage of the hiring process

Maintain clean, accurate candidate records within Greenhouse, including candidate stages, sources, and other key information

Support recruiting reporting and pipeline management by tracking sourcing activity, candidate flow, upcoming interviews, offers, and start classes

Partner closely with Recruiters to understand current pipeline needs, adjust sourcing priorities, and provide additional support where it's needed most

Take ownership of recurring recruiting projects and processes while continuously learning our systems, hiring standards, and overall recruiting strategy
