Junior Solutions Engineer

Join Hancock Software as a Solutions Engineer to lead client onboarding, configuration, validation, and deployment of the Hancock Cloud energy efficiency software platform. You will collaborate with Technical Support, Product Management, Engineering, and the Executive team to deliver outcomes for clients nationwide, and provide service-level application support to diagnose and resolve configuration issues. Experience in energy efficiency retrofits or utility programs is a plus.
