For the opening of The WestDill Mayfair Hotel London, Colbert Collection, we are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Junior Sous Chef to support our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences and the highest standards of luxury hospitality.

Join one of the first 75 team members and play a defining role in launching a new luxury destination in Mayfair. From day one, you will help shape the culture, service standards and guest experience that set the hotel apart.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Support the Head Chef in the daily operation of the kitchen

Lead, motivate and develop the culinary team, ensuring exceptional quality and consistency

Oversee food preparation and service, maintaining the highest standards of presentation and guest satisfaction

Assist in the development and execution of seasonal menus and culinary concepts

Monitor stock levels, food quality and kitchen efficiency to support effective cost control

Ensure compliance with food hygiene, health and safety regulations

Collaborate closely with other departments to deliver seamless guest experiences

How can you succeed in this role

Previous experience as a Sous Chef or Junior Sous Chef within a luxury hotel or fine dining environment

Strong culinary skills with a passion for quality, creativity and modern cuisine

Proven ability to lead and develop teams in a fast-paced environment

Good understanding of food cost control, kitchen operations and inventory management

Excellent knowledge of food hygiene and health & safety standards

Hands-on approach with exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to culinary excellence
