WSP is seeking a full-time Junior Structural (Buildings) Engineer to work out of Denver, CO; Seattle, WA; Tacoma, WA; Portland, OR; or Virginia Beach, VA on federal and public-sector projects. The role targets engineers with 1–3 years of post-education experience, offering mentoring and broadened technical exposure from design through construction-phase support. Key focus areas include structural analysis and design of buildings using steel, concrete, masonry, and wood; development of drawings and calculations; coordination with multiple disciplines; site visits; and adherence to safety and project procedures.
