Structure: you will be hired on a permanent contract, beginning with a 2-year rotational programme. You will complete two rotations across different RDA teams.
Location: you will be based in Naas - Ireland. Please note that you may be required to travel and/or relocate as part of your rotations.

📊 Your RSA Journey at Kerry
As an RSA Graduate in Regulatory and Scientific Affairs, you’ll work at the point where science, regulation, innovation and customer needs come together. You’ll learn how Kerry helps bring safe, compliant and commercially relevant food, beverage and ingredient solutions to market, while supporting customers and internal teams in navigating an increasingly complex global regulatory landscape.
Across your rotations, you’ll gain exposure to how regulatory expertise supports innovation from early-stage development through to commercialisation. You’ll learn how our RSA teams interpret regulatory requirements, support claims and certifications, review technical documentation, respond to customer queries and help ensure our products meet the right standards across different markets.
You could gain exposure to areas including:
Food legislation, regulatory interpretation and compliance requirements
Ingredientclaims, labelling and certification support
New product introduction and commercialisation of compliant products
Customer technical documentation, specifications and regulatory responses
Regulatory intelligence, emerging issues and changes in food regulation
Cross-functional project work with RD&A, Commercial, Quality, Operations, GBS and customer-facing teams
Data, digital tools and AI-enabled ways of working to improve regulatory accuracy, speed and consistency
🔎 What We’re Looking For
You’re a graduate or soon-to-be graduate, on track for a 2:1 degree or equivalent in Regulatory Affairs, Food Law, Food Science, Nutrition, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or a related scientific discipline
You’re curious, detail-focused and interested in how science and regulation help bring safe, compliant and innovative products to market
You’re confident working with technical information and able to interpret, organise and communicate complex details clearly
You’re fluent in English and ideally another language
You’re excited by science, technology and new ways of working, and keen to use data, digital tools and AI thoughtfully to improve how regulatory information is managed and shared
You’re eligible to work permanently in Europe
You’re open to travel and relocation as part of the programme
