Focus on predicting and validating shelf life of sauces via chemical, physical, and sensorial analyses to build a shelf-life prediction model. Includes protocol development, lab analyses (GC/HPLC chromatography, titration, Soxhlet, rheometer), reporting, and presentation. EU working rights required.
