As a Legal Intern at Gimlet, you will support legal work across commercial agreements, corporate matters, infrastructure projects, financing activities, and legal operations. You will conduct legal research, review agreements, organize diligence materials, and help build templates and processes behind a growing legal function. This role offers hands-on exposure to the legal questions involved in building AI infrastructure, including cloud services, data centers, hardware procurement, strategic partnerships, intellectual property, and emerging regulation.
