Job Description

We are looking for a Legal intern. To prepare and pursue recovery claims against municipalities / government entities arising from potholes by gathering evidence, assessing liability, compiling litigation-ready files, to maximize recoveries for the insurer and its clients.

Responsibilities

Determine if the government is liable

Gather Supporting Evidence

Draft the litigation sheet for the firm

Qualifications

Matric or equivalent

Must have completed a Bachelor's degree in LLB, Business administration or related qualifications

Computer Literate (MS Office)

Take note to qualify for an INSETA Internship program you need to:

Be a South African citizen

Not previously part of an internship/learnership with INSETA

Be between the ages of 18 & 35

Unemployed in the last 2 months
