Lambda's Fall 2026 Legal Intern will work in-house across Commercial and Corporate matters, drafting and validating contracts (including NDAs and vendor agreements), building a clause/template library, implementing an intake workflow with AI tools, and assisting with onboarding a CLM platform. Requires JD candidate (2L/3L) with contracts coursework and willingness to work at least 1 day/week in the San Francisco office.
