LPN, Medical Assistant, or Apprentice - 32 Hours Weekly - Dermatology & Specialty Float

Essentia Health is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse or Medical Assistant to float across dermatology and other clinics (including nephrology and sleep medicine) in Detroit Lakes, MN, for 32 hours/week. The role offers a possible remote/hybrid option. Compensation includes LPN/CMA pay of $21.72-$32.58/hour (based on experience) and a Medical Assistant Apprentice wage of $19.00/hour with a wage increase to $21.72 after apprenticeship. Work is in ambulatory care settings with no weekend, holiday, or on-call rotations. The position is 0.8 FTE; shifts are 7:45am-4:15pm, Monday-Friday; may float to Park Rapids Clinic. Requires LPN licensure or CMA certification; BCLS within 3 months of hire.
