The Store Management Internship Program is a 8-week paid internship available in Macy’s stores nationwide, taking place on-site in Summer 2026. Interns gain exposure to leadership, merchandising, business analysis, store operations, colleague development, human resources, and asset protection, and complete a project and presentation proposing growth strategies.
