8-week on-site Store Management Internship Program in Honolulu, HI (United States). This paid internship provides exposure to customer service, merchandising, business analysis, visual presentation, store operations, colleague development, human resources, and asset protection. The program runs June 8 through August 1, 2026. Participants will work with store leadership, complete a project with a presentation, and may be considered for Macy’s Store Management Executive Development Program (EDP) after graduation.
