Key Responsibilities

Follow established procedures and safety standards in daily activities, with Safety as the top priority, followed by Quality and Delivery.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, actively participate in discussions, and present ideas or findings during periodic reviews.

Participate in improvement projects and develop practical solutions to enhance maintenance and facility operations.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, a positive attitude, and a proactive approach to learning.

Ability to work effectively in a team, take initiative, and maintain a strong commitment to workplace safety.

Basic understanding of maintenance and facility operations is an advantage.

Familiarity with measurement tools and equipment.

Ability to use engineering design and analysis software.

Willingness to participate in improvement projects and contribute new ideas.

Available for a full-time internship of at least six months.

Willing to be based in Bandung, Indonesia, for the duration of the internship.
