Internship in RSM's Technology Consulting group as a Managed IT Services Desk Intern. Provides remote technical support to external managed service clients with travel to client locations (up to 25%). Work with senior consultants on a range of IT engagements to build skills in IT infrastructure, engineering, design, and business. Requires strong technical ability and customer service, with a learning mindset. Client call recordings are used for training and quality assurance, with consent required at start.
