Role will support Maxis Managed Services Operations Centre (MSOC) in monitoring and providing first-level support across network, cloud, and managed services environments. You will log incidents, troubleshoot using SOPs, escalate as needed, and ensure incidents and requests are managed within SLAs. The internship provides hands-on exposure to network, cloud, and related technologies and is based at Sunway Pinnacle, Malaysia for 3-6 months.
