Management Trainee Program (MIT) at SRS/Heritage. 9–12 month program designed to develop future leaders, with hands-on exposure to warehouse operations, sales, finance, safety, supply chain and HR. Base pay of $25.50 per hour. Training requires relocation within the United States and occurs in two branches (roughly 50% in each). Potential career path to Assistant Branch Manager, Branch Manager or Operations Manager. Requires Bachelor’s degree or being within 2 semesters of graduating; or 2+ years of related work experience.
