Under general supervision, the Manager Trainee learns to manage a small driver count and non-traditional shifts (including nights and weekends), ensuring safe and timely movement of freight, load planning, routing, monitoring, and providing best-in-class customer service. Training will cover DOT compliance and driver/safety procedures, with responsibility for drivers' compliance and coordination with internal and external contacts to ensure accurate planning, routing, monitoring, and delivery of freight and loads.
