Manager Trainee - Operational Strength Program

Avis Budget Group is hiring for a Manager-in-Training under the Operational Strength Program (OSP) starting January 2027. This full-time, immersive program exposes you to operations, customer service, logistics, and team leadership with rotational assignments across the country. The program includes mentorship from senior leaders, an eight-week training curriculum followed by a 12-month career-launching journey, relocation to nationwide locations as needed. Compensation is $53,000 per year plus a company vehicle (gas, insurance, and maintenance fully covered); includes a sign-on bonus of $2,500, paid time off, comprehensive benefits, 401(k) with match, and guaranteed transition into a management role upon program completion. Eligible candidates must be willing to relocate nationwide, possess a 2- or 4-year college degree (or 4 years of military service), and have strong analytical and leadership capabilities.
