Manufacturing Engineer (Junior) role based in Penang, Malaysia. Onsite position. Works with R&D and Manufacturing to develop robust, cost-effective, safe manufacturing processes, equipment, materials and products, and supports transfer to commercial production. Responsibilities include applying process/product technologies, assisting with equipment/tooling/materials selection and development, applying DFSS/DMAIC tools, developing and executing experimentation and validation, supporting calibration and quality systems, and participating in process and equipment validation activities. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 2–4 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or regulated environments.
