Learn to operate, monitor, and maintain CVD production equipment through structured on-the-job training and documented qualification processes. Safely operate CVD production furnaces and support systems; follow hazard handling and safety procedures; participate in Process Safety Management (PSM) activities and comply with OSHA PSM and EPA Risk Management Plan (RMP) requirements. This on-site role at the Coherent Saxonburg site in Saxonburg, PA requires completion of required training and ongoing participation in the Site Emergency Response Team (ERT). Comprehensive on-the-job training is provided; a high school diploma or equivalent is required. Rotating 12-hour shifts support a 24/7/365 operation.
