We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious student to join our Marketing team for summer 2027! As the Marketing Communications Intern, support integrated marketing communications in the U.S. and Canada region. Reporting to the Marketing Communications Manager, this person will assist in managing and driving the marketing communications planning process, timeline and deliverables with internal teams and agency partners. This will include both digital marketing initiatives and tradeshows.

They will collaborate with design and development on the production of creative assets, channel owners on aligned tactics and with other key stakeholders to coordinate approvals. They will work the Digital Team Lead to measure and report on results of communications activities and outline continuous improvement opportunities. At the end of the internship, they will have the opportunity to develop and present a mini-marketing communications campaign for a select global initiative leveraging all that they have learned throughout the summer.

What you will do: Assist in managing and driving deliverables with internal teams and agency partners. Aid in developing SOWs and briefs, managing timelines, and building deliverables

Collaborate with marcomms team on communications strategy for category and specialties business segments to enhance position within the marketplace, leveraging relevant market research and competitive intel

Participate in strategic and creative design of marketing communications activities and materials including advertising, website, social media, video production, live and virtual events, and client presentations

Collaborate with key stakeholders to brainstorm tactics, create messaging, define positioning, and develop content specific to key audiences

Support in the execution of marketing activities for our U.S. tradeshows

Write and edit copy for range of materials and channels

Leverage Adobe Express to create supporting marketing materials for social media initiatives, digital marketing campaigns and events

Measure and report results to continuously improve

What you will bring: Progress towards a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications or related field

Ability to work safely in an office environment

Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

Working knowledge of basic computer software applications such as MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

Reliable transportation required to get to and from facility each work day
