Role overview

Join DUAL North America as a Marketing Intern and gain hands-on experience as part of our Marketing team.

As a small team supporting a wide range of products, divisions, and colleagues, no two days look the same. Rather than focusing on a single project, you’ll pitch in across the team’s priorities — from events and design to digital marketing, content, and communications — giving you a well-rounded view of how a marketing function operates. You’ll work alongside experienced colleagues, build an understanding of marketing within the insurance industry, and have real opportunities to contribute your own ideas.

Why intern with DUAL?

• Make an impact: Contribute to meaningful projects and see how your work supports the wider business.
• Learn by doing: Build practical marketing experience through real projects, research and team activities.
• Build your network: Work alongside and learn from colleagues across Marketing and the wider DUAL business.
• Explore the industry: Discover how marketing supports a leading underwriting organization and gain exposure to the technology and tools used by the team.
• Bring your perspective: Join a people-first culture where you’ll be encouraged to ask questions, share ideas and develop throughout your internship.
