MAIN FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES:

Conscientiousness, attention to detail, and good work organization • Analytical thinking skills and the ability to draw conclusions from data • Strong communication skills • Willingness to develop in the areas of marketing, Customer Experience, and data analysis • Very good knowledge of Excel, specifically: o Power Query o Pivot tables o Working with large datasets • Ability to prepare and update marketing reports • Interest in Power BI, CRM systems (especially Salesforce), and process automation (e.g., Power Automate) would be an asset • Interest in the Customer Journey and customer path analysis; readiness to perform operational tasks, including: o Verifying the correctness of marketing forms o Checking data quality and completeness o Testing processes and reporting irregularities • Good command of English, enabling work with business materials and system
