PwC Canada is seeking a Deals Corporate Finance Intern/Trainee in Montreal. Enrolled in post-secondary education pursuing a business/commerce degree with a finance specialization; preference for third-year students. You will support deal work (M&A and financing), conduct industry and company research, assist in preparing marketing materials (teasers, CIMs, management presentations), perform financial analysis and build financial models, and help with business development. Extended hours may be required. The role is part of PwC's Activity Based Working model with flexible work options (offices or client sites).
