Intern in Deals Corporate Finance (Toronto) supporting transactions (sale, merger & acquisition, and/or financing) and business development. Responsibilities include conducting research on companies and industries, preparing marketing materials (teasers, CIM, management presentations), performing financial analysis and modelling, building cash flow models, and assisting with transaction documentation. May work extended hours and will operate within PwC's activity-based work model (office or client sites).
