Internship in Deals Corporate Finance (Toronto) for a non-CPA track. You’ll work as part of a team on transactions (sale, M&A and/or financing) or in business development (pitches), conduct research on companies and industries, assist in the preparation of marketing materials and proposals, build financial models, and support transaction documentation. Extended hours may be required. PwC follows an Activity Based Work model with activities from offices or client sites.
