Meat Cutter Apprentice role responsible for properly cutting all types of meats into various cuts and preparing related products according to company and department standards. Tasks include cutting and weighing steaks and chops, producing value-added products, grinding and tray-ing meats, sausage production, pricing and packaging, stocking and merchandising, and maintaining a clean, safe department. Requires reading/comprehending documents, basic math, and adherence to PPE, safety, and food safety guidelines. On-site in Allendale, Michigan. No visa sponsorship available.
