Part-time Medical Laboratory Scientist Intern position at Stormont Vail Health in Topeka, KS. The program provides clinical laboratory experience in MLS/CLS through bench rotations and collaboration with certified laboratory scientists. The Intern participates in pre-analytical, analytical, and post-analytical processes across hematology, chemistry, urinalysis, microbiology, immunology, and immunohematology, with emphasis on test theory, method performance, quality assurance, and problem resolution. Requires enrollment in a NAACLS-accredited MLS/CLS bachelor’s program with eligibility for clinical rotations. 8 hours per week; non-exempt; on-site; not patient facing.
