Military-to-logistics trainee program in Fontana, CA. A 9–12 month, onsite program by Penske Logistics designed to develop leadership through hands-on training across multiple logistics functions, including dispatch, driver deliveries, loading/unloading, and cross-docking. Pay is $25.00 per hour with an average annual salary of $55,000 (including OT). Relocation after program is possible; visa sponsorship is not available. Eligible veterans transitioning from military service; relocation required; benefits include PTO from day 1, health/dental/vision, 401(k) after 90 days, and mentorship through the Veteran Business Resource Group.
