Permanent full-time Myymäläpäällikkö-trainee position in JYSK Lohja (37.5 h/week). The first year involves working in multiple JYSK stores across Finland, taking on varied responsibilities (sales, team leadership, warehouse work, customer service, and cashier tasks) and handling projects that prepare you to become a store manager within 1-2 years. You will participate in JYSK's store manager trainee program (about one year) with training sessions at the Vantaa headquarters, plus mentorship and weekly feedback. Travel between stores is required in the first year. Salary is per the retail collective agreement with an annually defined bonus program, plus standard employee benefits.
