What you’ll be doing

Assist in the creation of summaries and recommendations for new national strategic placement opportunities, used to brief in head office underwriting and pricing teams for full review

Document standard operating procedures for new and existing accounts

Build presentation skills, preparing business updates on National Strategic Placements operations

Foster relationships across the enterprise and work cross functionally with teams, including: corporate underwriting, pricing, regional mid-market, small business, specialty, sales & distribution, claims, finance, legal, marketing, and personal insurance

Establish cooperative broker partnerships to identify future opportunities

What you bring

Excellent ability to multi-task and monitor progress to meet deadlines

Ability to operate in ambiguity and under pressure

Detail-oriented and strong problem-solving skills with the ability to gather information, analyze and solve through complexities

Strong computer literacy skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and Policy Administration Systems

Strong verbal and written communication skills
