Network Support / Senior Technical Support Specialist based in Fortinet’s Atlanta TAC team. Provides troubleshooting and escalation for Fortinet core products (especially FortiGate) and acts as a primary point of contact for customers and partners. Responsibilities include collecting and analyzing configuration and system information, recommending corrective actions, educating customers, consulting release notes and documentation, reproducing customer environments in lab equipment, and managing cases from escalation to closure, with collaboration across QA, development, and global teams.
