New Grad Registered Nurse (Nurse Resident) position at Essentia Health – St. Joseph's Medical Center in Brainerd/Baxter, MN, beginning May 2026. The Nurse Residency Program offers transition-to-practice support, NCLEX study resources, and structured professional development. Requires current RN licensure in the state of employment and BCLS within one month. FTE 0.75 with 60 hours per pay period, every third weekend, rotating 12-hour day and night shifts (days 7:00 AM–7:30 PM; nights 7:00 PM–7:30 AM). On-site on the unit; possible remote/hybrid option.
